This website is the public site for a construction business using the EstimatesApp platform. Two parties handle personal information. Fill in any line that still shows brackets.

These four lines come from Business Info in the admin settings. Brackets mean that field is still empty.

The platform operator

EstimatesApp hosts the software, the database, and the subscription billing. The repository configures an Azure AD domain of chicagosoftwareguys.com. It does not contain a legal entity name, mailing address, phone number, or public support email.

Essential

These are used without an opt-in because the site does not work without them. The banner's "Essential only" choice leaves them on and blocks the optional items below.

• Authentication cookies for admin sign-in.
• Anti-forgery cookie on forms.
• admin_mode remembers whether an admin is looking at the public site or the admin menu.
• _tenant_override lets a platform admin switch tenants.
• _client_portal remembers which client portal to return to. It is set when someone opens an invoice link, lasts 90 days, and is HTTP-only.
• cookie_consent stores essential or all for 180 days.
• Light or dark mode is stored in localStorage under theme, not in a cookie.

Optional, after "Allow all"

• Instagram embed code the business pasted in.
• Google Maps embed on a page section that shows the business address.
• An external booking embed (for example Calendly or Cal.com) the business pasted in.
• A Google Font on the client portal, and only when the business picked a font other than System Default.

There is no Google Analytics tag and no advertising pixel in this application.

Scripts and libraries

This is the audit of third-party code the app loads. Nothing in this list is an ad tracker.

• Bootstrap 5.3.3 and jQuery, stored in this repository under wwwroot/lib. MIT license. The public site and the client portal use these local copies.
• Bootstrap Icons 1.11.3, loaded from jsDelivr on the client portal. MIT license. Used for icons on estimates and invoices.
• signature_pad 4.2.0, loaded from jsDelivr on the estimate page so a customer can sign. MIT license. It is required for that signature box.
• FullCalendar 6.1.17, loaded from jsDelivr on the admin schedule page only. Confirm the package license covers production use.
• Google Fonts (Inter, Poppins, Roboto, Open Sans, Lato, Montserrat, Playfair Display, Nunito), only after consent, and only if a business selects one. Those faces are published under the SIL Open Font License. System Default does not contact Google. The admin brand screen previews a selected font from Google while an admin is signed in.
• Stripe hosted checkout. This app redirects to Stripe. It does not embed Stripe.js on its own pages.
• Application Insights on the server. No browser snippet is injected by the layout.

Fonts and images shipped with the app

• The default typeface is the system font stack (Segoe UI, Roboto, and similar fonts already on the device).
• PDF estimates use QuestPDF under its community license. [legal entity name] must confirm that license still fits how the software is sold.
• The repository includes wwwroot/img/CZ CAR LOGO.png plus two app icons. Confirm you have the right to use that logo before showing the site to customers. Gallery photos are uploaded by each business and are that business's responsibility.
