The platform operator
EstimatesApp hosts the software, the database, and the subscription billing. The repository configures an Azure AD domain of chicagosoftwareguys.com. It does not contain a legal entity name, mailing address, phone number, or public support email.

Send this form if you want estimate-request details, client contact details, or similar personal information deleted. Invoices, payments, and credit notes that the business must keep for accounting are not erased automatically. Subscription and Stripe records for a business account are handled by [legal entity name] at [support email], not by this form.
The app stores the request for an admin to review. It does not delete records by itself.
