Who this page is about
This website is the public site for a construction business using the EstimatesApp platform. Two parties handle personal information. Fill in any line that still shows brackets.
The construction business on this website
- Name: Carlos Z Construction and Renovation LLC
- Address: 4200 W Cypress St, Suite 110, Tampa, FL 33607
- Phone: (813) 555-0200
- Email: info@carloszrenovation.com
These four lines come from Business Info in the admin settings. Brackets mean that field is still empty.
The platform operator
EstimatesApp hosts the software, the database, and the subscription billing. The repository configures an Azure AD domain of chicagosoftwareguys.com. It does not contain a legal entity name, mailing address, phone number, or public support email.
- Legal entity: [legal entity name]
- Address: [street address], [city, state, postal code]
- Phone: [phone number]
- Support email: [support email]
Estimate requests
Submitting the public estimate form does not charge a card. There is nothing to refund for that form.
Software subscription
Subscription charges are collected by Stripe at the price shown on Stripe Checkout before you confirm payment. Canceling in Manage Billing stops future renewals. This application does not automatically refund a charge that Stripe has already collected.
Whether a charge already collected is refunded is a decision for [legal entity name]. Write that rule here before publishing: [refund window, for example "no refund of the current period" or "a full refund within 14 days of the first charge"]. Ask at [support email].
Payments to the construction business
Card payments on an estimate or invoice are paid to that business's connected Stripe account. The platform fee described in the Terms is deducted from the business's payout.
The business can issue a credit note, which lowers the balance stored in this app. A credit note does not send money back to the card. To return money, the business refunds the payment in Stripe. Job refunds are the construction business's policy: [describe the business's refund or cancellation terms].
